A Comparitive Study Of Innovational Management Of Enterprise's TDC Under Two Kinds Of Organizational Management Mode

In this thesis, the technology development center (TDC) is considered to be the carrier of the technological innovation, which is the R&D deparment with higher level set up by the enterprises, the core of the enterprises' technological innovation system and the main technological backbone of the technological progress and innovation in the enterprises. For all these reasons, TDC is the key and important part in enhancing the ability of the technological innovation in enterprises.To the TDC, its organizational management mode must affect the result and efficiency of the technological innovation. One is that different organizational management mode must organize the innovation activity in different forms. On the other hand, different technological innovation activity need different organizational management mode in the TDC. Thus, it is irrevocable necessary to probe the organizational management mode of the TDC in order to promote the development of the technological innovation.In this thesis, from the angle of the organizational management mode of the TDC, We classify the TDC into two types: the functional TDC and Divisional TDC. In addition, comparative analysis has been conducted on the innovation management system under two kinds of management modes, which was followed by a case study.After the comparation and case study on the technological innovation management system in the enterprises' TDC in China, we can conclude that the two organizational management modes differ largely in the innovation management. But only when the enterprise selects the appropriate organizational management mode according to its actual condition, can the development of the technological innovation in the enterprise be promoted.
