A Research On The Pattern Of Managerial Integration And Operational Mechanism On Product Innovation

The revolution of the age impels the development of human society, and also impels the transition of the idea and conception of management. In the days of information and network, managerial integration will be the trend of product innovation management.The situation of study on managerial integration is analyzed firstly. Based on a great deal of literature, the problem of study on managerial integration is pointed out. The theory of managerial integration has not yet formed perfect system of knowledge now. Many problems are still being researched and developed. In view of this, the paper expatiate connotation of integration, the difference among integration and related concept, the dialectical relation among managerial integration in product innovation and related concept in detail.Establishing the pattern of managerial integration based on product innovation is the key to implement integrative management successfully, integrate the superior resources inside and outside the enterprise effectively, enhance the competitive competence of the enterprise rapidly, and realize the integrative and amplifying effect of 1+1>2. The process of evolvement and development of pattern of managerial integration is summarized and difference between the pattern of horizontal managerial integration and the pattern of vertical managerial integration is compared. The factors that influence pattern of managerial integration are analyzed. A systematical pattern of managerial integration is put forward based on vertical managerial integration, horizontal managerial integration and lateral managerial integration. Subsequently the paper made an analysis on degree of managerial integration.Based on the operational mode of dynamic cooperation team, the paper made an analysis on operational mechanism of managerial integration based on product innovation, put forward the model of dynamic cooperation team that make knowledge shift and spread efficiently and analyzed it's cooperative process and operational mode. In the guidance of generalized product innovation concept, following the rule of product innovation, and contrast with David Kolb's personal learning model, the paper established the learning model of dynamic cooperation team.
