Application Studies Of Managerial Integration Based On New Product Development Of ZY Company

Based on modern system science and combined with the principle and method of managerial integration, this paper systematically studies theory and method of product innovation-oriented managerial integration, which include application studies of processing managerial integration, and organization managerial integration. At first, this paper has analyzed domestic and international application studies of product innovation-oriented managerial integrating and has explained intension, principle, classification, method characteristic, managerial integrated level, managerial integration's module technology and managerial integration's theoretical foundation of new products development. The core of this paper is to analyze problem of the new product development procedure and organization of Zi Gong hard alloy Co., Ltd. and to combine theory and method of product innovation-oriented procedure and organization to manage to product innovation-oriented processing managerial integration and organization managerial integration and appraised to the procedure and organization after integrating separately. On the end, the paper carries on integration of PDM and ERP.The theory about managerial integration at the processing of the new product, practically about the integration processing management, organizating management, integration of PDM and ERP, gives examples to the management of new products development.
