With the globalization of the world's economy and the opening up of China, more and more manufacture enterprises of China united by merger & acquisition in order to achieve scale economy and improve the enterprises' ability to compete in the international market. However, many enterprises didn't achieve the expected goal of the merger & acquisition. One of the main reasons is that after the merger & acquisition, the enterprises neglected the consolidation management of their suppliers. Nowadays, the competition between supply chains has replaced the competition between individual enterprises and has become the most important competition mode. In order to achieve the goal of improving the enterprises' core competence, in addition to the consolidation management of the individual enterprises, emphasis should be laid on the consolidation management of the enterprises' suppliers so as to set up a supply chain network and to participate in the international competition. As an important part of the supply chain, the suppliers of the enterprises of merger & acquisition are more emphasized and the consolidation management of the suppliers becomes more significant for the development of the enterprises.Taking the manufacture enterprises as example, this thesis probes into the consolidation management of suppliers of the enterprises after merger & acquisition. First, presents the domestic and foreign relevant researches and the aim of this thesis. Then, analyses the characteristics of the consolidation management of suppliers in different market competition mode. Then, after analyzing the problems that appeared in the consolidation management of suppliers of enterprises after merger & acquisition, puts forward the methods to strengthen the consolidation management of suppliers. The first step is to choose suppliers with proper methods, which can be concluded as quantitative method, qualitative method, and the combination of quantitative method and qualitative method. The second step is to conduct the consolidation management of the chosen suppliers. As for the consolidation management strategy, illustrates the main steps of the consolidation management of the suppliers, which can be selected by different enterprises according to their own situation. Finally, emphasizes two mainstrategies of improving the consolidation management of the suppliers: strengthen of supplier relationship and information exchange. Information exchange is the premise of strengthen of supplier relationship while strengthen of supplier relationship can promote information exchange. The two supplement each other and cannot be separated.The creativity of this thesis lies in that: According to the practical situation of the enterprises of merger & acquisition of China, put forward the method of TOCO for the choosing of supplies in a macro sense. By this method the suppliers with great supply risk can be eliminated. Then uses the method of fuzzy integration evaluation to choose the supplies in a micro sense. This supplier choosing and evaluating method is scientific, rational, simple and convenient, and is suitable for the enterprises of merger & acquisition of China, who has no intact information documents and whose quantitative and qualitative index should both be evaluated.
