The Research Of The Techniques And Methods Of Green Building Assessment

When the "sustainable development" became global stratagem of harmonious development between human being and nature, green building has become necessary trend of architecture development, and the assessment for green building is the core of developing green building. Accordingly, this dissertation focuses on the research of the techniques and methods of green building assessment and explores the way of green building's green and sustainable development.The dissertation thoroughly researched the domestic and overseas techniques and methods of green building assessment for the purpose of looking for comprehensive, scientific and effective ways of green building assessment. The major content including: investigating the domestic and overseas methods of green building assessment; discussing the theoretical frame of assessment system of green building; in terms of the logical relation of assessment system of green building, researching assessment system of green building material and green building parts; researching assessment system of green building and establishing a comprehensive, scientific and operable assessment index system; based on the multi-object, multi-factor and multilayer character, establishing a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of green building, giving detailed assessment process, therefore, enhancing the operability of the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method of green building. In the end, the dissertation preliminary imagined intellectualized assessment techniques of green building, offered thought of intellectualized development of green building in information age based on the broad use of computer.The innovation point of the dissertation: A multi-object, multi-factor and multilayer assessment system of green building based on the life cycle has been established. A fuzzycomprehensive assessment model of green building based on multilevel index has been established. The research on this problem has important theoretical and practical meaning for enriching and developing techniques and methods of green building assessment and boosting healthy and rapid development of green building.
