| The state attaches great importance to cadre assessment.It is necessary to pay attention to the assessment of township leading cadres and improve the relevant assessment mechanism.The assessment of township leading cadres in F district focuses on the annual work and duty performance of leading cadres.Through investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the process of assessment,such as broad assessment content,poor operability of indicators,single assessment method,simplified procedure and poor application effect of assessment results.The current situation and problems of assessment in F district were investigated by means of questionnaire discussion,focusing on the poor matching degree between assessment content and leading cadres’ work,the low correlation between assessment index setting and assessment content,and the poor implementation of assessment procedures.Thesis works the cadres of the inspection as a system engineering problem,insists on the principle of integrity,to the point,easy,soliciting opinions,to choose a preliminary assessment index table in screening,get the final evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight,constructs a clear and detailed assessment index system of township cadres in F district,which takes virtue,service and integrity as the first-level index,11 second-level indexes and 31 third-level indexes.The thesis defines the scoring standards and procedures and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to enhance the rationality of scoring,and selects the evaluation index system constructed by leading cadres of towns in F district.It has been proved that the evaluation effect of the system is objective and accurate,and the evaluation is more fair and improves the evaluation efficiency.Finally,suggestions for optimizing the assessment system in F district are put forward.Figure 8;Table 9;Reference 51... |
