The Tentative Research On The Developmental Strategy Of LP Company

After several years' high-speed development of the mobile phone industry of China ,the manufacturing scale has been enlarged, the period of product updating has been shortened, the development of market is becoming mature, and the competition is being more intense. Because of the over-dependence on the separate vendition channel, the unbeneficial update of high technology, the inefficient assortment of the supplying chain, the trademark image of domestic mobile phone can not be compared with that of international ones. As the domestic mobile phone producing enterprise ,it is necessary to have a good and clear awareness of the present inside and outer conditions ,and making a further analysis on the basis of it, programming the developmental orientation of the enterprise, constituting and implementing the developmental strategy which is suitable for the enterprise, so as to enforce the enterprise with a more powerful core-competitive ability.Firstly, on the basis of the brief introduction of the enterprises under discussion, as for the enterprises' outer-running circumstances , this paper will analyse with PEST method, five-forces method from three aspects: macro-circumstance, industry circumstance, market and competitors ,try to find out the opportunity and the possible threats; Secondly, making analysis to the inside-resources of enterprise and the value chain of the application of capability, finding out the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise; Then using the SWOT analytical method, through the systematic analysis of the outer circumstances and the inside conditions ,drawing out the strategic scheme of outer circumstance and the strategic scheme of inside resource.
