Research On Transferring Of Agricultural Labor Fabor Force During Industrialization

Transferring of agricultural labor force is an inevitable phenomenon in a country's or a territory's process towards modernization and is a vital social, political, and economic issue it must face. Researching the transferring of agricultural labor force in Hunan is not only greatly and practically meaningful in solving "san nong " problems and promoting social and economic development in countryside, but also has important strategic sense in pushing economic development in Hunan. Starting with Hunan industrialization, based on the theory of socialist market economy, using development economics, and organically combining industrialization and the transferring of labor force in countryside, this paper not only vertically describes the historical trace of industrialization and labor force transferring in Hunan countryside, but also horizontally analyzes the results of labor force transferring in Hunan countryside and the corresponding industrialization status; not only takes industrial development as an important approach to transfer labor force in Hunan countryside, but also illustrates the feasibility of inner transferring through systematic research. By analyzing the current status, transfer characteristics, models of labor force transferring in Hunan, this paper studies the barrier factors, and related policy suggestions in the transferring of Hunan agricultural labor force during industrialization.
