| Industrialization, urbanization and extensive agricultural labor force migration is animportant characteristic in a country's long-term economic growth. Because they appear at thesame time, and they influence and restrict each other, it is very difficult to distinguish theirrelationship clearly, Especially in China, which is in the transition to market economy, thetransition of the system and the economy make it more difficult to analyze their relationship.But to analyze the relationship between them is theoretical and practical meaningful. Classicalmodel and theory usually take agricultural labor force migration as the most important factor,industrialization also need more labor force. This thesis is taking agricultural labor force as apoint of view to analyses the characteristic and pulling factor of agricultural labor forcemigration, and makes quantitative analysis, and estimates the elastic coefficient of everyfactor to agricultural labor force migration. The structure of the thesis is as follows: In the partof the foreword, we introduce classical theory and model of labor force migration and dosome brief comment, meanwhile we review and describe the present situation of agriculturallabor force migration in the process of urbanization, industrialization in China. And weexplain the meaning of this thesis. The text is divided into two major parts, the first part ismainly theoretical analyses, it analyzes the changes in the relationship betweenindustrialization, urbanization and labor force migration brought by China's peculiar factor.This part is the theoretical basis of the second part. The second part Mainly estimate everyparameter and make causality analysis, compare it with the first part on this basis, and findout the deviation and explain the reason of its appearance further. Through theoretical analysisand positive examination, conclude the research results and put forward the policyrecommendations in the conclusion part.
