Studies On The Fruits Quality Regulating Key Technology And Management Information System In Modern Logistics

With the process of building the well-off society in all round, the farmers'income was increased since the reform and opening up. Especially, the fruitsindustry has become the primary economical resource to increase the farmers'income and has become the dominant industry in some areas. In recent years,the yields and quality of fruits were greatly improved. But with the entry toWTO and the formation of new fruits regions such as Shaanxi, Shanxi andHebei, the fruits industry of Shandong is confronted with the more and moreproblems and its fruits quality has been the most main factor. Many fruitsexperts have studied on the storage technology and package materials andfruits physiology diseases post harvest. But they are limited to the staticcondition and a single tache. There is a lack of systematism and integrationamong every tache. Especially, there are little studies of the fruits qualityregulating key technology in the modern logistics, which hinder the fastdevelopment of fruits industry and reduce the farmers'income by influencingthe fruits quality, increasing the cost of fruits logistics and reducing theefficiency of logistics. This dissertation is subjected on the fruits qualityregulating key technology and management information system in the modernlogistics and discusses them combining theory and practice. According to themodern logistics theory, fruits logistics theory, quality regulating keytechnology theory and management information system theory, we studied andanalyzed the status and present problems of the fruits quality regulating keytechnology and management information system in the modern logistics. Thisdissertation aimed at two aspects: 1) studying and establishing the fruitsquality regulating key technology mode which adapt to the differentdevelopment level fruits corporation and the scientific, consummate, safemanagement information system in the modern logistics; 2) giving the propercountermeasures to establish and perfect the quality regulating key technologyand management information system.This dissertation was composed of 6 parts. The first part is foreword. Inthe second part, the theory of the fruits quality regulating key technology andmanagement information system in the modern logistics were studied,including the modern logistics theory, the fruits logistics theory, the qualityregulating key technology theory and management information system theory.The fruits logistics included the fruits supply chain theory and fruits thirdparty logistics theory. The purpose of this part was to provide the theoreticalbasis to establish the quality regulating key technology and managementinformation system. In the third part, the present status and problems of the regulated keytechnology and management information system in the modern logistics, afterthe analysis of the requirements of the technology's harmonization andsystematism and integration of the modern logistics. The managementinformation system exist the problems of lacking of enough recognition andprofessional system, etc. so the purpose of this part is to provide the practicalbasis to establish the fruits quality regulating key technology mode andmanagement information system. In the forth part, the regulating key technology mode of the fruits qualitywas indicated. The technology mode was based on four principles: thetechnology and economic benefits, the technology and the society harmoniousdevelopment, the technology and the corporation economic strength, thetechnology and the corporation intellectual qualities. Some measures such asthe advocation of the government, the more recognition and supports of thefruits corporations, the strengthening study and the training talents of theuniversities and institutions. The fruits logistics companies were classified to 3levels: low, middle and high. In every mode, its characteristics, problems,ranges of its application and guarantee measures were discussed.
