Study On Modern Logistics Management System And Its Demonstration

The information system is essential in modern logistics business, for it can run through the whole logistics process, increases the logistics speed and improves the service level. In a word, information plays an important role in logistics activities. First, the information flow is the base of the logistics flow and the capital flow, what's more, information management is the core part of logistics management. Second information technology is the lifeline of logistics management; it greatly accelerates the development of logistics management. Finally, logistics information system is the important part of the logistics management.The thesis describes the present logistics management situation of the business and completely summarizes the problems existed and systematically analyses their inherent cause. At last the correspond information system has been built based on the current situation analysis, which includes the software and the hardware setting, the design of the module, the database and other parts of the system. It makes the information system effectively serve the modern enterprises.
