With the open and virtual nature of Internet, creditability is considered as an important factor that prevents E-commerce development. Due to China's relatively backward credit system, deep research has not been carried out as to how to set up B2B E-commerce system and its relevant theories. Creditability is the foundation of B2B E-commerce theory development and its application, and should take foresightness into consideration.This paper gives a research on the mechanism of creditability in E-commerce. Also based on the analysis of the game-model under various conditions, it clarifies the main creditability problems and disadvantages of the general model B2B E-commerce. The introduction of the creditability evaluation and management into B2B E-commerce model, the ebXML-based framework, and the distributivity-intelligence-work-flow system form a complete set of creditability B2B E-commerce framework with the function of both creditability evaluation and management. The creditable B2B E-commerce flow of work is also provided.This paper researches inter-membership creditability management of the creditable B2B-comerce system, then establishes the management system of inter-membership identification creditability and transaction creditability under the creditable B2B model. Also it suggests the model for measuring creditability degree, thus by this model, direct creditability and recommended creditability are estimated, with their realization provided.Adopting the principle with qualitative analysis emphasized and quantitative analysis aided, this paper gives consideration to the characteristics of B2B E-commerce business, as well as selects, from various creditability features, the one which is essential to B2B E-commerce creditability evaluation, and therefore setting up a creditable B2B creditability indicator system.
