On Peasant Civil Rights And Its Constitution Protection

Since the peasant has been the oldest social weak group in our country, it cannot be evaded to solve the knotty problem of peasant civil rights.The first part of this thesis expounds the constitutional principle and law ground of social equality. It holds that equality, as a kind of social relation, distributes universal rights and duties reasonably through just law of embodiment public will. The second one expounds the peasant general situation in our country. It demonstrates that the peasant equal rights are civil rights in essence or more civil rights on account of the peasant lower abilities that our peasants should enjoy in all fields in our country with their city partner according to just law. And the third expounds the general fundamental plans to protect the peasant equal rights in the view of constitutionalism. It holds that we should firstly make it a constitutional principal aim to ensure the peasant political power, economic benefit and modern education when instituting new constitution. Then we must administer this constitution practically so as to change its provisions favorable to peasant into harmonious equal society.The present Central Government has been taking great measures to reduce the disparities between city and country. And the peasant civil rights will come into reality in the future.
