Study On The Innovation Approaches Of Agricultural Social Service System In Zhuji County

Based on the wide investigation, the concept of agricultural social service system was discussed in this dissertation. In terms of the system-shifting theory, the theory foundation and historical necessity of agricultural special cooperative organizations development were explained. The agricultural special cooperative organizations were the main forms of the agricultural social service system according to their legal position and basic functions. The agricultural special cooperative organizations were the development trends for their social service network, modern service methods and comprehensive service contents to a certain extent. The development of the agricultural social service system and agricultural special cooperative organizations in European countries and the U.S.A., Japan and Taiwan Province in China was also introduced in this dissertation.The successful experiences of agriculture extension and the set-up of the social service system and special cooperative organizations were described in Zhuji County in this dissertation. It was suitable for agricultural development for its geographical position and abundant agricultural resources. The network for agriculture extension was built with corresponding local characteristics in Zhuji County since innovation was carried out in China. It was necessary to actively develop the agricultural special cooperative organizations, find new organization forms, regulate function mechanisms and emphasize service functions to enhance the organization extent and increase the farmers' income, perfect the agricultural social service system. The government function was also transformed. The innovation of the agricultural extension accelerated the local agricultural economic development.The further analysis indicated that there were two severe problems in the development of the agricultural social service system in Zhuji County.
