The Marketing Strategy of Shanghai YS New Drug Exploration limited Company was formulated after the author practiced the company's marketing. In the paper the background of the medicinal technology industry and the general situation and the actual marketing state of the company, was introduced. Then the author formulated the concept of the new drug exploration marketing and studied the marketing theory of the medicinal technology products preliminarily according to the related marketing theories and the characteristics of the medicinal technology products. After analyzing the environment of marketing and the ability to explore, market, management and plan of this Company comprehensively, the author brought forward the Strategy, which included the selection of the target market ,the marketing strategy, the product strategy, the price strategy, the way strategy, the sales promotion strategy as well as the organize structure of the market departments .The Strategy may be a guidance to the marketing practice of Shanghai YS New Drug Exploration limited Company, also it may be use for reference to other enterprises in the technology industry of new drug.
