As the most potential industry of the 21th century ,the Animation Industry not only attracts the attention of the business circles, but also increases the theoretical research in academia . To narrow the gap between the China and developed countries in Animation Industry, promote China's Animation Industry on a healthy path, it is of significance in both theory and practice to understand the characteristics of the Animation Industry, definite the structure of the Animation Industry chains and explore the development patterns of China's Animation Industry. The background of this paper's topic is how to handle the current situation brought by developed country's Animation Industry entry to China's market, by means of learning from their successful patterns, investigating the problems existing in China's Animation Industry, put forward the development patterns to the China's Animation Industry.
