A Study On Perceived Environmental Uncertainty Of Top Executives And Its Result

In the last past 30 years, there have been many studies about perceived environmental uncertainty, some of which have attained fruits. Existing researches mainly concentrate on the content of perceived environmental uncertainty, the factors which influence perceived environmental uncertainty, and the relationship between perceived environmental uncertainty and performance. The results of such researches in this field have strengthened people's recognition of perceived environmental uncertainty theoretically, and offered the new thinking and method for organization decision-making, strategic choice of the top executives practically. The biography characteristics of the top executives have an effect on perceived environmental uncertainty, but the relationship between the biography characteristics and perceived environmental uncertainty has been studied by few domestic scholars, the mechanism of impact of influence factors and results do not have enough positive research. So this paper probes into the relation between them through method that empirical analyses, in order to find out biography characteristics influencing the perceived environmental uncertainty of top executives, how about and such environmental uncertainty is perceived to the influence of organizing performance, summarize some conclusions for suiting domestic enterprises.
