| In recent years, With the constant promotion of the urbanization, Ourcountry has appeared a special society community——the Land losingfarmers . They are not farmers, neither do turn into citizenship, and they canonly survive in the gap of the cities and countries, causing the social problemseriously. Under this kind of background, it is very important to study how toresolve the farmers's questions in the process of urbanization appropriately.Based on the summarization and comment on the related researchdocuments, this paper firstly analyzes the farmers problems in the process ofurbanization in China from the two aspects of history and international, andthinks the problem of the land losing farmers which we are faced with toaccord with the generic rules of the world urbanization, furthermore, there aretwo different represents in planned economy and market economy about thisproblem. The particularity of farmers's problems in urbanization of presentChina is the urbanization of China is base on the system of state owned landand the system of collectivity owned land, so the farmers's problems causedby land expropriation in urbanization must be have different represent andinfluence from other countries, and so there are our particular ways resolvethese questions.Then, this paper has probed into the behavior and origin of farmers'squestion of regional losing farm in the process of the fast urbanization. Theproblem is that we can't ensure farmers' citizens in all items of land rights andinterests, and the difficulties for the land losing farmers who wants thecitizenships.
