With the rapid development of auto industry,auto market competitionis more intense. China automobile has over fifty years history, but itsstatus above the world motorcade isn't strong. If the nation wants todevelop into a world powerful nation, the auto industry must becomestrong because auto industry is national backbone industry.China has 355 brands, but independent brands only occupy 14%.Foreign auto corporations absolutely occupy China market. Owing tomultinational corporations possessing brands ,core technology, theyoccupy a great deal of profits. Practice proven, relying on foreign autocorporations, China auto industry is really unable to be powerful.Multinational only want to take profits and do not help China to be theircompetitor. So China auto companies only depend on themselves and lookfor the developmental road to fit themselves.Aiming at the situation of the co-existence of all kinds of autodevelopment, the paper summarizes talents,culture,independent brandare important to auto development and concludes that it is variationsand achievements that the exact way of China auto development is, changethen throughout, throughout then a long time.Talents are the auto industrial key."Job-hopping"both hasaggressive and negative aspects. It is deathblow to enterprises thatthe drain of the talents leads enterprise core technology drain to. Sotalents'flow is a mirror of enterprise . The influx of a great dealof talents proves that enterprises have luminosity growth potential,rational human resource management system and people are able te exerttheir ability. The out flow of a great deal of talents illustratesenterprise have fatal defects. So enterprises should envisage the flowof talents and look for cause from themselves.Meanwhile enterprises should transfer the tradition opinion of the flowof personnel for talentes 'regular and order flow gives enterprisesfresh activity.Compared with the present international level, the whole developingability and strength of auto industry of China has a wide distance. Inorder to change the present conditions , we can start with nationalculture. The civilization of China, which has experienced thousands ofyears and never been interrupted, suggests a great power. Take the "form", extend the "meaning ", transmit the "spirit". Let car designpossess China national feature ,national spirit and represent fashion .
