With the reform of economic system, the change of the market requirements, the more and more fierce competition and the challenge of entering the WTO, the environments for China's auto industry enterprises are changed constantly. The enterprises are confronting with a series of problems such as how to gain the opportunities, to resist the threats, to develop the strengths, to reduce the weakness and how to form the core competence of enterprises and to make the auto enterprises grow up with a steady step and so on. It is imperative to search methods for our enterprises to develop, which can not only rationalize the construction of the auto industry, improve the construction of product. And also, it has great sense to bring the "scatter, messy, inferior" construction under control, at the same time it is the objective demand to raise the competitive ability in the international market too.Some series of strategies have been mapped out in the wider market and in the fierce rivalry for our auto enterprises. The strategy of heightening the ability of science and technology innovations, performing the research by our own master and independently, suggested that our auto enterprises should absorb the experience from the American's PNGV project, and build up our sources of science and technology to develop automobiles which have our own knowledge property rights. In the lean production strategy, there are the thinking of lean production should foster up, so as to reduce the cost as we can as possible, take advantage of the superiorities of labor and resources, to achieve the lower price and here are something that we should pay more attention to .In the third strategy, some questions have been answered about how to operate the capital flow, how to optimize the resources and to expand with lower cost, and how to utilize the resources in the tide of the reestablish. Thestrategy to satisfy the customers, to optimize the market network, suggested that we should build the thoughts of center on the customers and do something on the network .To learn more about the demand and try to gain a higher ratio to the consumers in the market by a way of convenient, swift and efficient. It is urgent to improve the service and management, perform the human resource strategy in the new surroundings, we should have foresight to learn from those, to employ the talents, to take good advantage of the person of ability and introduce in the foreigner for the future. Building up the concept of " mutual win", operating the strategy of competition and cooperation, means that the enterprises should both compete and cooperate for each side. There is cooperation, there is competition, and vice verse. This is a new trend for competing. As for the auto industry is a model industry that have the trait of scale economic, so the strategy of scale product is put out. The enterprises must perform the strategy according to the requirements of the scale economic and the fierce competition. The informationization strategy is based on the information technology, electronic business and the supply chain of product. The last strategy is the internationalize process, which is managed by the virtue of the trait of the auto enterprises, the globe economy and the open policy of entering the WTO. In the series of the strategies, each of them has important sense for the enterprises to develop in the new eras and those strategies will benefit them to grasp more opportunities in the new environment.Finally, there are some defects about our auto industry policies and our auto industry is laying behind, which, to a great extent, restrict the development of the auto enterprises .So we must learn from the foreign policies of auto industry and perfect ours.
