Planning Of Eco-agriculture Construction For Ecological Demonstration Area In Mountainous County

Ecological demonstration area construction was one of effective methods to achieve our sustainable development strategy in our country. Recently, eco-agriculture construction has been promoted in the whole nation from a pilot project, and its relevant theoretical and practical researches become very necessary. The planning was premise and marco-element for deciding whether the construction could be implemented smoothly or not. The quality of planning has directly influence on the construction's results. In order to approach an idea socialist society, this research derived from the planning of Longhui eco-agriculture construction, and through theoretical and practical research, discussed the way to implement the ecological demonstration in accordance with the relevant elements from full scales. Results are as follows:(1) Study on basic theories of eco-agriculture construction planning in ecological demonstration area. Basic concepts for planning of eco-agriculture construction was generated and the effects of the construction to ecological demonstration and the theoretical fundamentals, establishment principles, and tactical route was evaluated. The special features for planning of eco-agriculture construction for ecological demonstration in mountain county was summarized.(2) The system of the establishment analytical method research, the agriculture ecosystem environment evaluation and the economic industrial structure at two important aspects of agriculture were analyzed quantitatively. Longhui county , scoring 5.74 points and belonging to the middle class in the agricultural ecosystem environment aspect, was used as an example to illustrate the evaluation method to the agricultural ecosystem environment. The evaluation of the area was divided into these order: Northern mountainous country area> south mountain district> original area of northwest mountain.
