From the perspective of Jilin City,the development of the county economy relates to the urban integration of the whole Jilincity and the construction of well-off society. In such a big background, in the process ofaccelerating the transformation of development mode how to achieve positive interactionwith administrative ecological environment, thus reducing the cost of the “friction” in thesustainable development, will become an important topic that we must answer well in thepractice of developing the county economy.From the point of view of administrative ecological principles, the Administrativeecological environment, to the development of county economy, has a guiding function inplans, policies, services and the public opinions; has a gathering function in the county andfunds; has a push function in reform and opening up, scientific and technological support,information sharing, judicial protection and mechanism innovation.
