| The college students' right to education, which emerged with the development of the modern college education in the Middle Ages, reflects substantial interests of the college students, as the right subjects, are entitled to equal and legal education in various forms. During the last few decades, with the increasing integration of the globe, and the rise of economy knowledge, one person's education has become part and parcel of the contemporary human rights and a key factor to fulfill the right to labor and employment. Besides, education has played an increasingly important role in one's life and development. Since man's right to education has such an obviously vital influence upon their right to existence and employment, unprecedented importance has been attached to his right to education. With the popularization of education, a growing number of people have access to education. Meanwhile, the college students have made greater demands for education so that some problems concerning their right to education have arisen. The present paper, based upon some concepts of the college students' right to education and its characteristics, has made further analysis of what the right to education is and how it is realized, and put forward strategies to protect the college students' right education.The whole paper consists of two parts, preface and body.
