| After the cold war, east Europe changed violently, the Soviet Union collapsed, Central Asian nations achieved independence, which made geopolitical and geoeconomic order change greatly, the value outlooks formed in history and the identical ideas to the nation,nationality as well as culture are splitting, previously transnational ethnicity developed relations with one nation, while now with several nations. The transnational ethnicities who have the same origins with China such as Kazakhs,Tadjiks,Uzbeks and so on, have their own sovereign state in Central Asia and become the main nationality in their state. China has the longest border line with Kazakhstan which has the widest areas,the strongest economic power and the largest Kazakh people in the five Central Asian nations. Nowadays, China-Kazakhstan Kazakh transnational ethnicities peacefully settle, but due to present intricate international situations, serious ethnical issues, especially the continual transnational ethnicity's issues, according to the peaceful transnational settlement theory, to analyze present stable and united phenomenon,to find out the hidden,possible contradictions and conflicts and to be precautious beforehand, which has important realistic significance and long strategic sense to the long-term peaceful transnational settlement and the brotherly friendship of the transnational ethnicities between China and Kazakhstan. This thesis has incorporated others'previous research,methods and results as a foundation for the research presented. It is from an anthropological perspective and by using existing historical materials as well as field study research to study. This article's emphasis is to analyze the reason; it's difficult point is to probe into the theory; it's theoretical new ideas are to inquire into transnational ethnicity's long-term peaceful settlement mode between China and other nations who have same origins so that to develop and strength their peaceful contact and to promote present rare peace and development; it's purpose is to make an ideal peaceful transnational settlement mode by choosing an individual example and making some detailed analysis, so that the transnational ethnicities who have the same origins can contact closely,live in their own country peacefully,contribute to the stability and development of their own country as well as play an important role as a model. This article studies systematically the definition,reasons and the negative factors of peaceful transnational settlement of Kazakh transnational ethnicity between China and Kazakhstan as well as how to remove those disadvantages. This article is divided into three parts: The first part is about the theories of the peaceful transnational settlement. The second part is about the appearance of Kazakh transnational ethnicity and their present situation of the peaceful transnational settlement between China and Kazakhstan as well as it's reasons. The third part is about the negative factors and how to remove those disadvantages. The negative factors are explained from three aspects, the first is the factors of outside power; the second is the influence of the great Kazakh doctrine; the third is the influence of China-Kazakhstan backward economic and trade cooperation. The author put forward his four suggestions about how to remove those disadvantages, the first is to quicken develop Chinese economy, especially to speed up western development, so that to enhance people's awareness of the state and awareness of the citizen; the second is to strengthen safety cooperation among international field; the third is to heighten furtherly bilateral economic cooperation; the fourth is to strengthen ethnic legislative study about the nation where the transnational ethnicities who have the same origins live, so that to resolve the transnational ethnicity's issues by law. At last, based on the three parts of detailed demonstrations, it is clearly concluded in the summary that keeping peaceful transnational settlement relations between China and other nations where the transnational ethnicities who have the same origins live, has active influence not only to the friendly cooperation among nations, but to the peace and stability of the world, so that to build up a happy homeland where people live together. |
