The Analysis And Optimization Of Three-industry Structure Of Henan Province

Industrial structure adjustment has been always paid attention to by domestic and international scholar, the rationalization and advanced of the industrial structure is the development goals of various countries and every area. Industrial structure is the result acted by economic resource distribution for a long time, however, it has determined the disposition and service efficiency of economic resources to a great extent conversely. The economic growth must bring the change of industrial structure, moreover, structure adjustment brings about an advance in economy. When industrial structure is not in conformity with development level of economy, industrial structure must be adjusted in order to adapt to economic development, so the process of economic development is a spiral process from unordered to ordered of industrial structure to some extent.Based on the specific instance of Henan Province, firstly, this paper analyzes the past three progress of industry structure from three respects including structure of output value, structure of labor force and comparative labor productivity. And it also uses the indexes, such as industrial structure of benefit index, industrial structure change speed index and industrial structure contribution to the economic growth to make a comparison between Henan Province and other provinces and internal industrial structure of 18 cities' current situation. Though analyzing, it reveals the outstanding problem existing at present in three-industry structure of Henan Province. Secondly, through setting up industrial structure model of estimating of the order degree, and analyzing the order degree in industrial structure of Henan Province and 18 cities of it, find out rationalized degree of industrial structure and the change trends of the industrial structure of Henan Province and its 18 cities deeply. Finally, this paper sets up dynamic and optimized models of industrial structure, namely the model of "turnpike", calculating the " turnpike " structure of Henan Province, and provides the corresponding adjustment scheme. Summarize the analysis of the above, has put forward the corresponding countermeasure that adjusts three-industry of Henan Province.
