Study Of Commercial Vehicle Emergent Dispatch

For the logistics company, how to dispatch the vehicle to accomplish it's business is key in the logistics company operation, and is very important for improving the logistics company service and reducing the logistics company cost. But the commercial vehicle often can't accomplish the logistics company daily dispatch businesses because of the bad traffic condition for example the traffic jam. When the commercial vehicle is in the road in which the traffic jam occurs, how to make the effective emergent vehicle scheduling plan is very important for the logistics company. Because for the client, the one of targets of evaluating the logistics company is whether the logistics company can carry the client's freight to appointed place in safety and on time. For the logistics company, reducing the logistics cost is very important, but that the commercial vehicle meet traffic jam means the logistics cost increasing. So for the client and the logistics company, they both hope that when the commercial vehicle meet traffic jam, the logistics company can in time make the emergent vehicle scheduling plan to make the best use of logistics company source and earn as many benefits as possible using the least cost. In the same time, the commercial vehicle is the part of city traffic. If we can in time make the emergent vehicle scheduling plan when the commercial vehicle meet the traffic jam and let the commercial vehicle avoid the road in which the traffic jam occur, it is avail to reduce the pressure caused by the traffic jam problem in the road. It is necessary to study this problem. This paper is aims at analysis the problem that logistics company vehicle can't finish its task according to the daily schedule on time because of the heavy traffic jam. On the base of the site survey, we analysis logistics company's the model of business and suggest the emergent vehicle scheduling model.
