The application of science and technology has increasingly become an important strategic development plan of our army,especially in today's rapidly changing military environment,the construction and continuous improvement of military logistics development system is crucial to the operation and service of the entire army.Perfect military logistics can ensure our military's strategic plan and military activities to be carried out better and effectively enhance our military combat effectiveness.Military logistics is a key link in the implementation of the military strategic plan.Its main purpose is to meet the needs of actual combat and military activities,and it is of great significance to enhance the combat effectiveness of our army and ensure the implementation of drills.To realize the informatization and scientization of military logistics and to improve the effic iency and accuracy of military material deployment,the optimal dispatch and management of military transport vehicles are indispensable.The main topic of this paper is vehicle scheduling in military logistics transportation.With the help of scientific a nd reasonable vehicle scheduling algorithm and perfect optimization algorithm,combined with computer network technology,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the scheduling problem of military logistics vehicles,and improves the transportation efficiency of the entire military logistics through systematic analysis and management operations.Firstly,the basic theory and related solutions of vehicle scheduling problem are summarized.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the basic concept,classification and main characteristics of the troop vehicle scheduling problem.The troop vehicle scheduling has the characteristics of sudden start of operations,tight guarantee time,urgent tasks,multiple requirements,multiple constraints,narrow battle area,and increased transportation support difficulty.The paper also analyzes the influencing factors of troop vehicle scheduling problems,including people,vehicles,road network types,optimization objectives and enemy situation.In the fourth c hapter,combined with the actual situation of the army,several constraints are clearly defined,and a soft time window is added to establish a model for the dispatching of army vehicles.In the fifth chapter,the related contents of genetic algorithm are briefly introduced,and then the process of establishing a genetic algorithm model for vehicle scheduling based on time and cost optimization is emphasized.Finally,based on the genetic algorithm model of vehicle scheduling based on time and cost optimization established in this paper,a simple vehicle scheduling platform is designed by combining with the actual requirements of military vehicle scheduling management and programming with C + + language.Through perfect and reasonable system test,it is sho wn that the actual load rate,mileage utilization rate,load utilization rate,vehicle working rate and various indexes have been improved to different degrees,and the scheme optimization is obvious.This not only achieved efficient transportation of military materials,but also reduced the state's financial expenditure and provided a set of feasible methods for the department responsible for the supervision of military vehicles.
