The Research On The Construction Of High-tech Enterprises Cooperative R&D Networks

The accelerating technological change,fierce market competition and individualized consumption induce the product lifetime greatly being shorten, and competition among enterprises is more represented in rivalry of enterprises value and core competences.The unintegrality of technology, increasing cost, importance of knowledge, continuous renewal of information, technology transition and good experience of cooperation all raise the feasibility of outside R&D activities. Enterprises cooperative R&D networks meet the need of era and they are a kind of new-type R&D organizing forms.Though enterprises cooperative R&D networks now occupy important positions in the strategy implementation of foreign high-tech enterprises, Chinese high-tech enterprises haven't attached importance to the R&D networks construction. And nowadays there are a few overseas or domestic academic documents on enterprises cooperative R&D networks, so studying high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks will help improve construction efficiency,simultaneously ensure good R&D performances of high-tech enterprise,help them carry out development strategy, and ultimately enhance competency.This thesis analysises promotive factors, activities and paths of the construction of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks. External environment conditions, similar interests and the third-party forces are included in the promotive factors.The construction activities comprise building cooperative foundations, searching and choosing partner members and setting up cooperative networks,and construction paths are divided into three types, which are self-organizing path, being-organized path and hybrid organizing path.The exsiting organizing modes of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks are diversified, but we classify them as six types.Based on relevant documents and taking the influence of substitutive products into account, we respectively develop a three-stage game model of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks in the homogeneous market and heterogeneous market. Under symmetrical network condition, two criterions are established, which are enterprises profits maximization and social welfare maximization, and then we analyse the optimum conditions of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks in those two markets.
