In knowledge and economic time, the life-or-death relationship between enterprises is replaced by win-win strategy cooperation relationship between supply chains. Supply chain meets the quickly changeable demands of markets and customers with faster and more flexible agile methods. This paper addresses supply chain information-flow model based on EIM(Enterprise Integrated Model) and builds the overall criterion of enterprise data resource and the methods of data resource processing after analyzing the disadvantages of information share and information integration in traditional supply chain. The problems of redundant data and optimization of the data processing method are absolved. After analyzing one-flow-two-networks-three-relationships supply chain modeling principles based on EIM, the information-flow model of sub-models including purchasing, manufacturing and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with supply-demand relationship driven by supplier-client's information is constructed successfully. In manufacture sub-model based on elastic manufacture technical strategy, unified optimization methodology is improved by ameliorated unified optimization methodology and overcomes theoretically the disadvantages including provided demand plan of resource and non-accuracy of resource adjustment. The supply chain integrated information model is constructed based on EIM using plat organization management model through BPR (Business Process Redesign). The practical management and manufacture model is provided to realize continuous development of supply chain.
