The Research Of Intellectual Property Protection In Our Utilizing Foreign Capital

In the era of knowledge-driven economy, the competition between enterprises and countries focus on the competition of intellectual property right. So all the trans-corporations regard intellectual property right as the important problem during their foreign investment. That is to say, one country's intellectual property protection will influence utilizing foreign capital. Because the intellectual property protection of our country starts relatively late, the protection system is not perfect; it can't provide the foreign intellectual property right with effective protection, which has limited our utilizing foreign capital. So How to improve our protection level is our most important thing at present. As regard this point, studying the intellectual property protection problem has very strong realistic meanings. According to relevant theoretical research state, most domestic scholars study intellectual property right in terms of law, not analyzing the influence of utilizing foreign capitals. On the other hand, foreign scholars study from the view of trans-corporation, not mentioning the developing countries. In the thesis, the author makes a systematic research on this problem. The research of this text wants to achieve the following goal: On the basis of relation between intellectual property protection and utilizing foreign capitals, let compatriots realize the importance of intellectual property protection in utilizing foreign capital, and hope to put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion aiming the existing questions.
