Senior managerial talent is the most important factor in the development of the enterprise. Though the reform of economic system and the stated owned enterprise have being on for about 20 years, the frame of modern enterprise system has roughly set up, operators' compensation incentive system, specially in stated owned enterprise is still far away from the request of market economy. How to arouse the enthusiasm and fully give play of the operators compensation incentive means great to the reform of state owned enterprise .In this thesis, retrospect the development of the compensation system of state owned enterprise, summarize the disadvantage of the system, analyse the popular compensation system in foreign, point out the importance of the compensation incentive of the state owned enterprise and try to find out suitable condition of such compensation system in China, form the elementary thought about the compensation incentive.Also try to use the AHP-FUZZY and correlation analyse to design the compensation incentive. At the end of the thesis give some advices to guarantee the implement of the compensation project.This thesis combines the reality of compensation incentive on China enterprise operators. Also it apply the theoretical knowledge of economics, management and mathematics to design the compensation project under current situation.
