Discussion The Control On Student's Administration Behavior Of Public University

The legalization of public university students' management is becoming a present trend. Ruled by law means the control on power and guarantee to the right. With how to control the administrative power of student management as stand, this article purposes to probe into the issue of how to safeguard the right and interests of university students.In order to control the university's administrative power, we must have a clear identification about the nature of the administrative power first of all. In the author's opinion, the management of university students is one kind of public administration, which includes national administration and social administration. To the university the latter one is self-government. The article analysis the theoretic and realistic problems, which relevant to the operation of student administrative power under the demand of ruling by law and self-government.In summarize, in order to unite ruled by law and self-government, we should limited the administration power of university. In legislating, we should implement principle of law reservation. In the procedure, we should adhere to the principle of due process. On the administration justice, we should carry out judicial examination limitedly.
