The Development Of The Democratic Politics In New Periods

Based on the distinctions of the democratic politics between our country and western countries, this article exposes the relations of constitution and democratic politics, and making it of the main clue to develop the civil right and perfect the legacy, exhausts that the content, procedures and characteristics of the evolutions in the current constitution have great meanings and important functions to our socialist democratic politics .It consists of four parts.The first part primarily analyses various kinds of relations between constitution and democratic politics in the course of establishment, implementation and development each other.The second part narrates the background and main content of the current constitution in detail. And acting on it , which exposes the great meanings to resume the socialist democratic politics of our country .The third part exhaustively introduce the concrete contents of evolution in the current constitution, and these main contents have a lot of meanings to developments of our socialist democratic politics.The fourth part primarily summarizes the common characteristics and some defects in four evolutions of the current constitution, and based on these defects, the part propose some suggestions.
