The Research Of Sustainable Development On Resources-based Cities In Heilongjiang Province

In our country, Heilongjiang province has large amount of natural resource and the most resources-based cities. Most of the cities were built and developed during the planned economy period. They have made great contribution to the country's construction, and have also helped acquire splendid achievement of the area economy and social development. However, nowadays most of these cities have stepped into the falling stage of resource exploitation age. The economy in all these cities is developing slowlier and is in the predicament of decline because the natural resource they are relying on are decreasing sharply. The economy of the enterprises is in hardship, and the ecological environment is in deterioration.In this thesis, using theory research, comparison research, case research and other methods, the author analyzes the present condition and existent problems of the resources-based cities in Heilongjiang province; draws lessons from the experience and lessons that other resources-cities home and abroad experienced during its developing course; puts forward to put into practice the reformation of intensive turning, knowledgeable turning, and ecological turning, to break the low level circulation of the resource, to realize the continuous development that the economy, society and ecological environment moderate mutually in the resources-based cities in Heilongjiang province.The author hopes that the thesis can give some reference and promote the development of the resources-based cities in Heilongjiang province at the moment of developing the old industrial base in the northeast.
