Under market economic condition customer and it demand have become the foundation that enterprise establishes and develops , from certain kind meaning have no customer have no enterprise , have no success of customer that has no enterprise satisfactorily.This paper moulds enterprise strategy and realization from weight so as customer is central operation, is ideological to leave , have elaborated customer asset form model -- value asset, trademark asset and the asset of holding together, it can help enterprise make customer asset — the asset of most important it, reach biggest melt. Customer asset is a kind of effective guidance tool of enterprise sale campaign, it is customer ( the customer who can bring profit for enterprise ) to directly point out enterprise to realize the genuine source of goal, emphatic customer holding together is the core of all enterprise sale campaigns. Customer asset is the profit ability of looking closely at enterprise from brand-new angle, however, how to evaluate customer by ration are a baffling problem that puzzles enterprise. The strategic model that this paper adopts is to go to service economy from the economy of material object , from the thought with product as center to the inevitable result with customer as the ideological change of center, purchase the informations such as behavior fully using customer , have expounded customer value, trademark asset and the relation between the customer of holding together. This paper thinks that enterprise will realize the operation with customer as center really, is ideological , since must promote essential factor around customer asset and it elaborate design.This paper selects Beijing HH company to pass through the research for its actual running course as major research for elephant , has discussed the unit process of cargo handling of customer asset , so realizes through studying and analysing , determining the area that HH company need to improve , having put forward the corresponding scheme of customer value promotion, holding and excavating customer resource better for enterprise and managing customer asset with customer as the operation of center thought offers a kind of train of thought.
