The Study On Developing Power Plant's Management Information System

Men have entered the information economy epoch since 21 century. The appearance and development of information economy come from the industrialization of information,and they also accelerate the course of industry information. Now Chinese enterprises face the globe economy,the drastic competition after China joined WTO,and the transform of modern enterprise's institution,more and more companies realized the importance and the urgency of applying information technology.This paper studied the process of one power plant developing Management Information System,analyzed the thought of development,and introduced the power plant how to avoid the other enterprises' failure of developing as well as how to increase the management efficiency.The aim of the paper is:aim at the failure of some Chinese enterprises' developing MIS,grope the way of developing MIS which meets power enterprise's need,and combine the advanced management information system with the advanced management thought,as well as give the persons afterward use for reference.
