A Study On The Reform Of The Content,Mode And Curriculum System In Health Service Training And Education In Military Medical Universities

At the beginning of the 21st Century, the changing of the modern war to informationization, require the concepts, contents and methods of army health service to adapt the variety by all means, and must need reform on the health service training and education; it takes the requirement that the development of health service theory on modern war with the change of the medicine mode, swift progress of medical science and technology, the constantly infiltration and application of information technique and modern administerial theories. However, it have some questions and shortages on the content, mode and curriculum of health service training and education in military medical universities, and so that it can't adapt to the requirement of the education for all-round development thought, and the training of new pattern military medical talent. Therefore, it cries for the reform on the health service training and education in military medical universities.In order to provide academic basis for the span development of our army health service training and education, we study the content, mode and curriculum system optimizing design of medical service training and education in military medical universities systemically by starting with training newfasioned military medical talent, from the point of system engineering theory, basing on the requirement of health support in modern war, using scientific methods of researching literature, consulting expert, comparison analysis, Ridit analysis, gathering statistics iteratively mode, Microsoft Excel, etc., There are 5 parts in the whole article.The 1st part: Summarization. Introducing the actuality of the health service training and education in the academy, and investigating and analyzing the practice of our military medical university.The 3rd part: Research on requirement. We analyze the requirement of medical service theory training and education in military medical university by investigating experts, medical officers, and military officers.The 4th part: Establishing project about the reform.
