Research On The Rural Women's Education And The Exploitation Of Human Resources In The South Of Hunan

On the basis of the questionnaire survey and interviews on individuals, this study focuses on the analysis of the influence of the educational level of the countryside women on the exploitation of countryside women's human resources ,by employing human capital theories and sociological theories concerned, it includes six parts.The first chapter sets forth the purpose, significance, literature and the design of the research.The second chapter describes and analyses the educational status of women in the South of Human Province. The findings indicates that when compared to the made and to the mankind, there is considerable improvement in countryside women's educational level, degree of importance attached to their education, opportunity of being reeducated ,and self-evaluation and that there is still a wide gap between men and women.The third chapter from the angles of quantity women's human resources analyses the influence of countryside women's educational level on the exploitation of human resources of women , quantity may influence birth rate and population movement. Women are material undertaker as reproducing population, improving their educationed level can alter their idea, postpone their wedded age, decrease sexed interest and reduce birth rate. At the same time, improving their educationed level can accelerate the speed of population movement, raise the level of job, and reduce reversal movement.The fourth chapter from the angles of quality women's human resources analyses the influence of countryside women's educational level on the exploitation of human resources of women ,quality may be closely related to their health condition and their outlook. Improving their educationed level not only can alter themselves physical health and psychological health, but also can improve their children's health. At the same time, improving their educationed level may change their political idea, connubial attitude and modus vivendi manner.The fifth chapter analyses the clag factors of women's educational level . For the time being, the factors that contribute to women's educational level are various, including the level of economical development, family, gender and educational system. Of them, economical development is the fundamental causes, and conventional concept of gender is a cause of deeper layer, and family and educational system a very important cause as well. In the last part, based on the summarization of this research's results, penman gives the central of this paper, and advances creativity and shortage of this paper.
