Countryside Speciality Institute (CSI) is another great system innovation after family management system. And become main organization in leading peasant to wealth ,self-mighty ,leading countryside to modernization.During twenties development, CSI has earned enormous benefit in economy and society. but illegibility in lawful status, small size, backward menagment, poor public accumulation and lackness of publicity in cooperative knowledge and so on seriously hinder CSI healthy development.
