New Safe View And Its Diplomatic Practice Of Chinese International Strategic New Principle

The first part of this paper discusses that maintaining safety needs to have the new safe view in the modern era. The traditional safe view needs to adjust and change, and we must set up a new kind of safe view. The Chinese nation has always been a nation of loving peace and helping others, and it is always important powers to safeguard peace and stable of the world and region. China persists in pursuing the independent and peaceful foreign policy, puts forward the Five-Principles of Peaceful Co-existence firstly, obeys the solemn promise of not attending military group and not seeking sphere of influence and never dominates the world strictly. China implements the policy of "be good with neighbor, keeps company with neighbor", and "good-neighbor, stable-neighbor, rich-neighbor". On the basis of Jiang Zemin as the core of the third generation leading collective of China persisting in the safe theory of Deng Xiaoping , they putting forward "new safe view"definitely by thorough researching and thinking for Chinese national strategic safe problem. Secondly, the paper elaborates the formative process of the theory of the new safe view.
