The 21st century is the century of e-commerce. Low transaction cost, low product cost, low stock, short production cycle, high fund turnover rate, etc that e-commerce brings let every enterprise palpitate with excitement. It already becomes the common understanding that e-commerce will not play an important role unless it rely on the traditional industry. As to enterprises of automobile trade, because of the congenital inherent driving force that it has, the more advantages than other trade in launching channels , technology , talent of e-commerce ,etc., make its e-commerces application certainly will walk in before arrange. But compared with the application degree of foreign enterprise's e-commerce of automobile, the e-commerce application level of China lets people anxious. Although the electronic business application of the automobile trade of our country has been already launched progressively, the current situation allows no optimist. In a situation that the domestic automobile trade e-commerce level is more rudimentary, the research to e-commerce of theory circle is being launched progressively too. Documents carried on in this research show: The research of e-commerce has already turned into research of using and management from the research of technology at present; The present research emphasis on e-commerce is the study of enterprises of our country implementing e-commerce development and tactics, the study of enterprise's electronic business application, logistics, through case to study e-commerce, China's e-commerce development model and proposing, etc. The generality of these research is wide research range, laying particular emphasis on research of macroscopical factors, one research that thought distinguish, but there are very little study involving point, micro article factors; There are few research on automobile trade, Even if some of them is about automobile trade, most of them are thinking distinguished to study it too, lacking the quantitative result to support the conclusion. In other words, it is still not overall to study about the influencing factors which influence enterprise's electronic business application at home at present, lacking systematic, quantitative research. In view of the domestic e-commerce level, and the research deviation of the theory circle, this paper focuses on the systemic research on the key influencing factors of electronic business application of automobile trade. The sureness and analysis of the key influencing factor to the success of e-commerce of automobile trade, is the prerequisite that e-commerce of automobile trade can be launched and used smoothly, and is the base to know clearly about e-commerce of the trade of automobile developing slowly, especially is to develop our country's automobile trade e-commerce, raise international foundation stone of competitiveness. The content of this research is divided into two parts. One part is studied for the key influencing factors of the macroscopic, and the other part is studied for the key influence factors of the microcosmic. Seeing that macroscopical factor data is difficult to estimate and get, macroscopic study on key factors is studying by determining the nature. This is a secondary part of this research. The research of the key influence factors of the microcosmic adopts quantitative method to go on , this is a main part of this research. The algorithms adopted are all accepted extensively and cognitive by management circles. As to the macroscopical environmental influencing factors, compared with U.S.A., the seven respects , including the not deepenning of macroscopical policy of our country, the imperfect of laws and regulations of our country's e-commerce, the safe loophole of e-commerce, the faultiness of financial environment, the bad infrastructure foundation of the network, imperfect credit mechanism, the undeveloped logistics and delivery etc.,are the keyrestriction factors that restrain our country's e-commerce to popularize and use extensively As to the micro environmental factors, on the basis of the thinking of strategic management, this text have put forward 36 assumed key influence factors from such 10 respects as the supply chain factor, rival's deterrent, human resources factor, enterprise's economic strength factor, system factor, use the cost of e-commerce and efficiency factor, the factor of understanding that use competition advantage of e-commerce, enterprise leaders' decision ability factor, market share and status factor of the market, the basic factor of the informationization ,etc..This paper think these factors are likely to become the prerequisite and key to determine one enterprise's e-commerce succeed. This study goes on the hypethsis test to assumed micro key influence factors, adopting Spearman coefficient correlation law. This paper puts forward the maturity concept of e-commerce and forms the index of e-commerce sophistication.And adopt the AHP method to carry on weight assignment to the composition index of e-commerce maturity. E-commerce maturity is a assessment to enterprise's electronic business application result. This text think the core of e-commerce maturity investigate should be enterprise utilize network accept number of order. The ones that complemented at the same time are with some basic facilities: the way state surfing the Net, the situation of the domain name, the situation of the domain name server, releasing information situation on the net, etc.. Meanwhile, this text carried on a basic investigation to the e-commerce maturity of enterprises too. The investigation result shows: As to the way of surfing net, only a few enterprises have chosen the special line to surf the Net (34. 78%). Found out from the questionnaire, enterprises that never surfing the Net all lie in the remote Northwest, and are small; 52. 17% of enterprise using dial up on the telephone majority lie in the relativelybackward Northeast, and the scope of the enterprise is medium-sized; 34. 78% of the enterprises using the special line to surf the Net generally lie in the city with better economy, and these scopes of the enterprise are very great. Obviously, the surfing Net ways of enterprises are relatively backward, and enterprises'surfing the Net the way is affected by region mainly.The situation of enterprise's independent domain name allows of no optimist, only have 26.09%. By the look of statistics, there are only 30.43% of the enterprises to have servers. Only 17.39% of the enterprises can offer the online trade, but other enterprises have not offered this function; Enterprises that can release information on the net account for 52. 17%, and there aren't other enterprises. We can find out from these 5 statistics respects that domestic automobile enterprise information-based current situation degree is troubling, and it is more elementary to use e-commerce. The result carrying on Spearman coefficient correlation shows that the influence factors is mainly following 6 respects during the course of enterprise e-commerce application, namely the economic strength of enterprises, the information-based foundations of enterprises, the ripeness of the supply chain , manager layer's quality, relevant technical policies and the rival's influence. Meanwhile, this text attempts to discuss why these 6 respects become the key factors of automobile enterprise e-commerce success, and provide some exploratory explanations. Whether these explainations are correct or not is waiting to practice and be proved. To sum up , there are 13 key factors to restrict the development of e-commerce of trade of automobile of our country, including: Policy factor of e-commerce,the e-commerce laws and regulations factor, the safety factor of e-commerce, financial environmental factor, the infrastructure factor of the network, credit factor, the factor of logistics and delivery , the economic strength factors of enterprises , the basic factors of informationization of enterprises, the factor of supply chain ripeness, the factor of manager...
