The ChangChun Research Institute of Testing Machine's oldname is the Department of Engineering Industry Institute of TestingMachine. It was established in 1958, and is the unique syntheticaltechnique unit in our country's testing machine industry and is anational testing machine technique unit. It changed from a publicinstitution to a high-tech enterprise in 1999, and is belonging to theChinese mechanized equipment (group) corporation now. It hasaccomplished 2409 scientific research and vocation exploitation items,126 of those items being important science and technology fruit.This thesis was based on the survey and analysis of organizationstructure, workflows, and the present status of production control inChangChun Research Institute of Testing Machine's relevant parts, anddesigned a production management system. This productionmanagement information system has the augmentability and portability.On the one hand, it is a demonstration of strengthening the modernbusiness, and can be extended to the finance management, personalmanagement etc.,on the other hand this production control informationsystem is a reference to most machine manufacturing and salesenterprise when they establish their management information systems,having the generalize worth. Under the situation of developing thenortheast old industrial base, we need to create such a productioncontrol information system.Concepts concerning enterprise Management Information System(MIS), production planning method and especially scheduling rules aredescribed in the thesis.It analyzed the related units of ChangChunResearch Institute of Testing Machines, established and developed anactual production control information system, in order to strengthen theproduction control of the corporation. This text also discussed theprinciple and method of MIS design and the analysis design thought ofMIS. This text take the detailed design of production controlinformation system as the back ground, analyzed and designed thestructure of a system and main function etc.This thesis analyzed the organization structure and workflow ofthe work closely related segments of ChangChun Research Institute ofTesting Machines. I have got a conclusion that the single production,small quantity production and re-design production coexist in thecorporation. The existent production management system's main bugwere: the production information is inchoate, resulting to lose controlof production; the covering surface of information is narrow, errorbeing big; the information transmission is not in time; theintelligentized degree of plan is low, performability being bad etc. Itneed to optimize and solidify the flow, and establish the corporationmanagement information system, using the sharing resource of networkand accurate fast information to manage corporation synthetically. Thenew system can realize the appropriate optimization of the operationsscheme, the information share between corporation and stock, theaccuracy deliver of corporation information. The new system adopt theobject-oriented modularization design, having a good extensibility andmanageability, and the flow can be changed and ordered according tothe capacity requirement.The system adopt the popular browser/server (B/S) frame, theserver taking WIN2000SERVER as the foundational platform, thedatabase and system running in the server, the client only using the IEbrowser. The database use SQLSERVER to achieve datacommunication, storage management, and data analysis functions.The system mainly carried out 7 functions: the input offoundational supervision records, the input of product records, thescheme of production, the input of machine work records, the input ofpurchase and stock records, the scheme of machine work plan, inquireand statistical analysis. Such management system has demands fromuser, and foundation of use, having the hardware condition, so it isfeasible.The function of Management information system continuouslyperfect, will bring in the profound influence to the productionmanagement of the enterprise. It urges the enterprise to adjust orreform the management system, which should insure the informationoutlet unimpeded, raise the work efficiency; and urge to develop themanagement method of the enterprise. At the same time, it will changeall levels management quality, reduce the matter-of-fact works, andincrease the analysis decision work.This thesis presents the management information systemexploitation, the primary discusses the production planning, productionplanning method and especially scheduling rules are are described .Production planning problem since is one of the important problemsthat need to be resolve urgently in the MIS, also is the mostcomplicated and difficult one. Studying it has the important effect forthe advance work efficiency and economic benefit using the resourcesin existence. Drawing up production planning project scientificallyhave the important effect for controlling the product stockpile, raisingthe product sufficing rate to in the delivery term, shortening the productsupplying term and raising the enterprise production rate.Management information system wants to resolve to managementproblem, while the computer is the tool for realizing the managementprinciple. The system wants to throw in the usage smoothly, and stillneeds to meet various problems.How to organically syncretize the management knowledge, thecomputer knowledge and the management technique is the biggestproblem.
