Entrepreneurship is not only to create new organizations or develop new businesses, but also a process of bringing forth new ideas. Its essence is to bring new ideas. The core lies in exceeding the restriction of existing resources and pursuing opportunities. Entrepreneurship means reformation, searching for opportunities and affording risks, which is also the original motivation of creating customers and changing living forms. Internal corporate venturing is a kind of entrepreneurship that develops inside and controlled by existing enterprises. Generally, entrepreneurship is divided into four modes: imitation mode, duplication mode, ventures mode and stable mode. Entrepreneurial activities can be divided into tow kinds: entrepreneurship for existence and entrepreneurship for opportunity. Internal corporate venturing has different organization forms and structures as well as different motivation and realization ways. Estblishing and perfecting entrepreneurship market, mechanism, system and process are the matters for the entrepreneur to study earnestly and solve rapidly. Entrepreneurship includes tow basic processes: one is discovery process and the other is developing and using process. The four parameters for internal corporate venturing are: individual, organization, environment and progress. Internal corporate venturing includes tow basic circulations: initiative strategic action circulation and resulting-in strategic action circulation. In order to drive ahead internal corporate venturing, first, it should determine internal corporate venturing from the strategic height; create the entrepreneurial expectation and share the expectation among the employees.The effect of internal corporate venturing determined by the existing resources and ability. The entrepreneurship can, not only provide technology and brands for entrepreurs, but also the entrepreneurs can obtain rapid developing resources so that the they can reduce their own risks. The prerequisite for the entrepreneur is to get starting fund, which is also the most difficult. The main motivations of enterprises strategic revival are: promote the growth on scale and interest, realize the strategic aims, make the corporate exist and the mature corporate regenerate, study and protect the present status in the market. The rarest resources for us are entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship. The process of internal corporate venturing varies with different enterprises and is influenced by the surrounding environment, the arrangement of entrepreneur and organization structure. The observing points of internal corporate venturing are:opportunity, team and resource. There are many different standards to measure the success of internal corporate venturing; therefore, making mistakes is inevitable. The general mistakes appear because the enterprises decisions don't pay attention to the environment and couldn't readjust on time. How to establish the appraising and controlling system and confining mechanism has great influence on the success of entrepreneurial programs.The core competition and technology innovation of modern corporate can be imitated, but the corporate culture can't be imitated. Because corporate culture originates from the achievement of review and sediment in their own developing process. The success of internal corporate venturing is greatly influenced by different factors.
