Study On College Graduate Village Official Entrepreneurship Intent And Factors Influence Entrepreneurship Intent In Yiyang

During the Seventeenth National Congress Meeting,in the face of the problem of agriculture and to promote new rural construction,the Central Committee of the party proposed the college graduate village official plan.Facing the soaring challenges,entrepreneurship is the best choice for college graduate village officials that play their own advantages to effectively promote rural economic development,to lead the majority of farmers to get rich,and finally realize self value.The college graduate village officials are all young fully filled with vitality and momentum,so they have more passion on entrepreneurship.As a college student,knowledge,culture,ideals,the pursuit,learning ability,professional knowledge,and confidence and hope to the future together lead more willing to establish a business to satisfy themselves.As the village official with better understanding of local macroeconomic conditions and policies had advantage in entrepreneurship.Meanwhile,the college graduate village official is lack of social and working experience with poor accessibility to social and economic resources that stopped the pace of the college graduate village officials on their way to entrepreneurship.The college graduate village official is difficult to get rid of the shackles of the college students,thus is difficult to well adapt to rural living and working condition,resulting in difficulties in optimizing and integration of local resources to start a business.In addition,preferential policies to apply for civil service induce the college graduate village officials to apply for civil service,causing decrease of their passion for entrepreneurship.In this study,we described current situation of entrepreneurship for college graduate village officials in Yiyang city,Hunan province based on our investigation.We did surveys and collected basic information associated to entrepreneurship intent including their personal information,politics,education,students,entrepreneurial projects,financing environment,encountered obstacles and solutions business difficulties,hope to get preferential policies,platform construction etc.from 311 college graduate village officials.Based on this,we summarized the advantages and difficulties for college graduate village officials to establish a business,as well as supports they wish to get during entrepreneurship.We also further deciphered the factors that influence entrepreneurship intent for college graduate village officials.Finally,on the basis of our investigation,we proposed three advises to promote the college graduate village official entrepreneurship:1)provide guidelines for college graduate village official;2)build service system for college graduate village official entrepreneurship;3)explicit accountability of college graduate village officials to establish a business.
