With the rapid development of economic globalization, the original competition basic has changed to be information, knowledge and culture. The culture factor has been the vital factor. The competitive strategy of a company can be duplicated, and under the environment that information spread rapidly, technological advantage can also be easily pursued, while, a company's culture are hardly to be copied."Enterprise culture" refers to the core values, behavior traditions,\management modes, enterprise spirit ,moral criterions etc., in a enterprise, which are formed in the longtime management process, and are identified by the whole managers and employees.There are close relations between enterprise management mode and its mother traditional culture. Just for this reason, enterprise cultures in different countries represent difference.Korean enterprise culture started in 80's 20th century, as the result of labor and capital dispute caused by Korean democratization move. The author discussed the basic of Korean enterprise culture on 3 aspects: traditional culture, exotic culture and national spirit. Among those, main tradition culture factors affected the form of Korean enterprise culture are: think highly of loyalty and obedience live in "big family" call for comity and harmonious pay more attention to education and hardworking; Exotic culture are mainly refers to Japanese and American culture, for the special history of Korea; Korean is notable for it's national spirit, which also affected it's enterprise culture.The characters of Korean enterprise culture are: take highly responsibilities for the nation, call for harmony and cooperation take people as the first and emphasis innovation think highly of moral and sensation, which is showed in follows: Respect employees, value moral in personnel management, leads in a way both authoritative and tender, caution for order, think of relationships on blood, hometown and study in personal intercommunication clearly make off grade and power centralized.The characters of Chinese enterprise culture are discussed from two aspects. Under the affect of Chinese traditional culture, the character can be concluded as: upward enterprise spirit "golden mean" principle value moral people beyond regulations etc. Chinese enterprise culture is also different under different economic systems.On the aspect of traditional culture, Korea and China are both in the culture circle which is affected much by the Confucianism, so there are many same characters between the two. The main similarities are: attach attentions to harmony li able to handle conflict by compromise non -formal communication are more important than formal communication. The main differences are: Korean culture pays more attention to authority, moral, grades, sensation, hardworking and loyalty, while "golden mean" is exclusive in Chinese culture. Furthermore, as time changed, there are many good changes in Korean enterprise cultures that are showed absent in Chinese's.Both Korean and Chinese enterprise culture are led a lot by government, but the way is different. And there are also differences on the enterprise spirit. Comparatively, Korean enterprises take highly responsibilities for the whole nation.At last, the author points out that the two countries' enterprise culture should study each other. And for the development of both, these two points should be paid...
