Study On The Development Of Grassroots Political Power In Chinese Country By The Evolvement Of Ownership Right On Land

Imbalance of social structure in Chinese country affects the development of our state industry. Institutional structure is core of the social structure in country. Ownership right on land is the most basic economical part of the institutional structure, and grassroots political power in country is the same part, which is the foundation of power system in our country. This paper focuses on the study of the two aspect.Marx and North discuse the relation between the state and ownership, which has been the theorial basic of the paper. Ownership right on land is core of the production relationship, and is economical basic. Grassroots political power in country is the superstructure. Marx has demonstrate the relation of the two part, which is consequence. According to the theory of North, ownership right on land is identified by grassroots political power, and is maintained by the same. North pointed the necessity of identification and maintainion result in appearance of the state, and the state' funtion is "identify, judge and maintain the ownership" .The history of the state' foundation has afford the positivism basic of the paper.
