The personal financial services are the results of the high development of economy and finance. The integration trends with the global economy and finance and the development at a high speed has promoted the financial innovations enormously, and then propelled the personal financial services boom and become a main supporting business of modern commercial bank.Facing to the changes of economic and financial environment and the opportunities containing in the personal financial services markets in our country, it is necessary for survival and developing that the state-owned commercial banks adjust their operating strategies, and raise the development of personal affairs at a strategic height, thus the competition occupying the personal financial market among the inland banks has become more and more fierce. The Agricultural Bank of China(ABC), one of four state-owned commercial banks, has the advantages of with the most extensive network of physical banking locations and the largest computerized network that integrates all banking locations throughout China in both the urban and rural areas, and with a huge quantities of stable customer resources, it has made a stride along the road of developing the personal financial services. The market share in main affairs such as saving, consumer credit and bank cards etc. almost ranks top among the bank sector, and the "financial supermarket" ,a brand of personal finance of ABC which has a good reputation, has emerged.The thesis is on the basis of some theories in economic development and financial innovation, and analyzes the operating circumstances of the commercial banks inland, and indicates the realistic import to develop the personal financial services with the need of reform and development of the state-owned commercial...
