A Research On The Party's Construction In Community In The Period Of Social Transition

Since the reforming and opening to the outside world, the community has been bearing more and more social management and service functions which were undertaken by governments and enterprises in the past and has been playing a more and more impartant role in social management and social development with constant perfection of socialist market economy system and the disintegration of the system of unit. Complying with the trend of social development, the CPC has opened a new situation of the party's construction in community by arousing enthusiasm of every side, which is built at the core of the party committee in the street, on the base of party organizations in community, in the network of cooperation of various party organizations in community, with the main body of the party members and with the support of the participation of all groups, organizations and residents in community. The party's construction in community is a new-born thing that is still at the stage of exploring on practice and theory. The theory currently falls behind the practice.
