Research On Party Organization Construction In J City D Community In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the urban community party organizations around the party have achieved great results in the areas of site construction,system construction,and team building,focusing on the goal of“strengthening the construction of grassroots service-oriented party organizations”,which has effectively promoted community governance innovation and the national grassroots level stable.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is based on the new social development situation,emphasizing that the new era urban community party organizations should strengthen political construction,establish people-centered development ideas,continuously improve the organizational power of urban community party organizations,highlight political functions,and bring grassroots communities The building of the party organization has become a strong fighting fortress for propagating the party's ideas,implementing the party's decisions,leading the grassroots governance,and uniting and mobilizing the masses.According to the ideological requirements of Xi Jinping's new era on the construction of party organizations in urban communities and the practical experience of the construction of party organizations in urban communities in China,this paper takes the theory of two-way interaction through the theory-practice of the development of the city of central China.In detail,it discusses the overall situation of the party organization construction in the old community and the existing problems.According to the basic requirements of the party building work in the new era,it proposes solutions in a targeted manner,with a view to providing reference experience for the construction of the same type of community party organizations,thereby enhancing the level of construction of urban community party organizations in the central part of China.The writing of the thesis is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background,research significance and research methods of the topic.The second chapter is an overview and its theoretical basis.Itfocuses on the main content,theoretical basis and the necessity of building the urban community party organization in the new era.The third chapter is the empirical analysis.Through the case study of the party organization construction in the J city D community,on the basis of detailed investigation and analysis,it points out the problems existing in the current D community party organization construction and the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter is the path exploration.According to the basic requirements of the party building work in the new era,it proposes the promotion path of D community party organization construction from the aspects of system construction and work style construction,hoping to enlighten the construction of community party organizations with similar situations.
