Research On The Party Construction Of Community In Minority Areas

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the sustainable development of the socialist market economy, a major city interest structure and social structure change, urban management center of gravity to the community. Community party building under the new situation is the important measure of the communist party of China to strengthen the construction of its own, consolidate the mass base and strengthening the ruling ability in the new period is the key. Under the background of new era, our country, ethnic minority areas in regional economy structure,ideas on complex and profound changes have taken place, the community party building in national regions working conditions of the party and the masses of the people in national regions to establish a good relationship,to the party’s various undertakings in the minority areas smoothly has the important influence. In recent years, with the grass-roots party organizations in national regions all over the country under the guidance of "people-oriented", the community party building work in combination with the regional national practice effective exploration, and accumulated a good experience, which laid a foundation for further perfecting the community party building new pattern. However, the work of community party building in national regions as a new research topic, theoretical exploration of complicated changes lags far behind the practice, the problems in the practice of community party building in ethnic regions in urgent need of theory discussion and resolution.The purpose of this study is through theoretically grasp and study the community party building, clarify the basic theory of community party building and analysis in this paper, the ethnic minority areas in our country the characteristics of community party building and the complex relationship, and then combined with the work of community partybuilding in Inner Mongolia method and its existing problems, and puts forward Suggestions on strengthening the work of community party building in national regions. The paper mainly adopts literature research,in combination with the theory and practice, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the issues of the community party building work in ethnic areas to conduct a comprehensive paper. First of all, to the community and elaborates the basic theory of community party building, discusses the basic connotation of community party building and the target. Secondly, from the characteristics of community party building in national regions and the complex relationship between two aspects to explore the special situation of the community party building in national regions faces. Again, the significance and function orientation of community party building work,a detailed analysis. Finally, on the Inner Mongolia region, on the basis of the status quo of community party building work of party building work of the existing problems and causes were analyzed, and finally put forward the Suggestions on strengthening the work of community party building in national regions.
